An eco-luxury cabin in Monferrato, Lilelo wooden lodges blend seamlessly with vineyards, offering serene seclusion and stunning views in a sustainable retreat.

Nestled in the heart of Monferrato in Piedmont, Lilelo represents a sophisticated eco-glamping stay where nature and architectural design converge seamlessly. This unique retreat, located in Northern Italy, is set amidst a vast expanse of verdant land, enveloped by rolling vineyards that define the picturesque landscape. Lilelo is meticulously designed to provide a harmonious blend of luxury and sustainability, reflecting a deep respect for the environment and an appreciation for the natural beauty of the Piedmont region.

The design of Lilelo encompasses three distinct, self-contained wooden lodges—Vigna, Quercia, and Rosmarino—each offering its own unique attributes while adhering to a unified aesthetic vision.

Vigna is strategically positioned adjacent to the lush vineyards, allowing guests to experience an intimate connection with the surrounding viticultural landscape. The lodge’s placement provides unobstructed views of the grapevines, enhancing the sense of immersion in the vineyard environment. Quercia, on the other hand, is situated in a more secluded and intimate setting, designed to offer a peaceful retreat from the external world. Its design fosters a sense of seclusion and tranquility, making it ideal for those seeking privacy and reflection. Rosmarino is elevated to offer expansive, panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, presenting a lofty perspective that highlights the natural enviroment of the region.

The fourth lodge houses the central reception area which serves as the operational nucleus of Lilelo. Here guests can access shared facilities and services. This central hub is seamlessly integrated into the overall design, ensuring that it complements the lodges while serving as a functional point of access.

The property features a small, meticulously maintained vineyard, known for its high-quality wine grapes, and an orchard where guests are welcome to pick seasonal fruit. Additionally, the surrounding woodlands provide an idyllic setting for leisurely strolls, inviting guests to explore and appreciate the serene natural environment.

Designed by Atelier LAVIT, the lodges are characterized by their elevated wooden structures, designed with a distinctive upside-down V shape. This form is inspired by traditional haystacks and ancient farming techniques, reflecting a commitment to integrating historical design elements with contemporary sustainability practices. The cabins are elevated from the ground and constructed using natural materials, ensuring minimal environmental impact while offering maximum comfort.

Each lodge is meticulously configured with a queen-size bed, a well-designed bathroom featuring a shower, and a living area furnished with armchairs and a coffee table. The private terraces, each equipped with a hot tub, provide a tranquil space for relaxation. These thoughtful design elements ensure that every aspect of the lodges enhances the guest experience, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal.

The spatial arrangement of the lodges is carefully planned to guarantee privacy and seclusion. Each unit is positioned to allow for unobstructed views and individual enjoyment of the natural surroundings, ensuring that guests can experience the retreat in complete privacy.
